I live on an island on the west coast of Scotland and VTC AYR have gone over and above in helping me get my first car, having just passed my test. Phil brought the car over on the ferry which proved difficult as the ferries to Arran are very unreliable and can cancel at short notice. On the third attempt I met Phil at the terminal and he delivered the car to me. Phil and Aaron have been extremely helpful with everything that they have done, Aaron has went above and beyond to answer any questions that I have. Being a new driver there are things regarding the car that I don’t understand, I’ve phoned up, they’ve been patient and answered my questions which resolved any concerns. I would highly recommend this company and these two salesmen who are honest and supportive.
