I had great service from the staff at Kilwinning Vehicle Trade Centre. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I met Craig and Jim in the centre and spoke to others on the phone
Craig got my car ready within a day, which I really appreciated and he was so helpful with the tax and insurance stuff. He even stayed on late to get everything done.

I live on an island on the west coast of Scotland and VTC AYR have gone over and above in helping me get my first car, having just passed my test. Phil brought the car over on the ferry which proved difficult as the ferries to Arran are very unreliable and can cancel at short notice. On the third attempt I met Phil at the terminal and he delivered the car to me. Phil and Aaron have been extremely helpful with everything that they have done, Aaron has went above and beyond to answer any questions that I have. Being a new driver there are things regarding the car that I don't understand, I've phoned up, they've been patient and answered my questions which resolved any concerns. I would highly recommend this company and these two salesmen who are honest and supportive.

Bought a second hand car from Arun as back problems and needed a car with higher sit in . He guided me through all the details , sorted out my road tax , V5 for my personal reg and not a problem for him at all during the sale and gave me a very good price for my trade in .
Would deffo use him again if or when I decide to change my car.

I bought a car from VTC in Kilmarnock last month and have to say they were first class. Jordan was great , in fact all of the team I met were first class. The car needed a few final touches done to get it ready to sell, which was explained and done really quickly via email and over the phone, Jordan communicated everything perfectly. We picked the car up when it was promised and has been perfect since. The 3 month warranty keeping my mind at rest. All in, it was a good experience and I would definitely go back to them. Cheers .

We found Vehicle Trade Centre online from the U.S. after researching reputable used car dealers near Glasgow. From start to purchase (and after, actually), we received excellent service. Grant was our salesperson, and he was patient with us throughout the process. He even offered to collect us at the airport to make it easier for us after a long series of flights. Post-purchase we had a few questions, and Grant promptly responded with solutions. We will definitely buy our next car from here, plus we have recommended VTC to friends, due to our confidence in them

I recently purchased a car from the Vehicle Trade Centre, a mini Cooper. First registered in 2007. Considering the age of the vehicle, I found both the cosmetic condition and the mechanical performance of the car to be first class. If or when I decide to change cars, I would not hesitate to go back to the Vehicle Trade Centre Kilmarnock. Sales staff were polite and no pressure. Very polite.

Vehicle trade centre of Kilmarnock I've been very helpful and polite when I bought a lovely car from them and it developed a wee fault but to be fair they bent over backwards and fixed my car and also gave me a courtesy car I would definitely recommend anyone that's wishing for a nice week car to go to the vehicle trade centre in Kilmarnock and my daughter has bought a car from them too

I had a problem with the rubber sealant of my boot and they done everything to get it fixed for me, they were amazing. So thanks again, the car's perfect for my first run around.
